Biography
Jeanne Ellinport has more than 20 years experience in the fields of communications, nonprofit and public service. Ellinport’s professional experience includes the American Red Cross, the US Soccer Foundation, and the White House under President Bill Clinton. She provided thoughtful, insightful, and strategic guidance that helped achieve their goals. In addition to her career, Jeanne has always been actively involved in her community. She was appointed by County Executive Ike Leggett to the Commission on Children and Youth. Ellinport is a Leadership Montgomery Graduate (Class of 2010), the former PTA President at Fields Road Elementary School, and an active member of Shaare Torah synagogue in Gaithersburg.

Jeanne Herman Ellinport was born in New Orleans. She moved to the Washington metropolitan area to attend George Washington University, and quickly made the area her home. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from GWU and later earned a Masters in Business Administration there as well.

Jeanne is married to Jeffrey Ellinport and is the proud mother of three active children attending public Elementary, Middle and High Schools in Gaithersburg.
